Hey There,

First and foremost, I would like to wish everyone who is reading this post a very Happy Chinese New Year. Hope this year would bring endless joy,love and peace to all ! To those who are about to head back to your hometown and coincidentally read this post, please remember to drive safe! Slow and steady wins the race. Haha. Spent the whole entire day with mom decorating and cleaning up the whole entire house for the season and brother and dad was in charge of washing all 3 cars. I have never not loved Chinese New Year since it’s the only time of the year where I’m able to eat all sort of nonsense available in the house without anyone complaining that I’m greedy. Teehee, for a fact, I’ve actually gained 3kg already even before the New Years have started. Now my mother wonders where all her CNY snacks has gone to. Besides that, cousins from Australia came back to celebrate this year’s Chinese New Year with us , I could remember last years new years spent in China with them just like it was yesterday. So fast time has past. I have always loved it when they came back because it feels so complete ! Obviously, this new years would have been way better all together if my sister wasn’t at the other side of this world but instead back at home annoying me. This marks the second year I haven’t got to spend Chinese New Years with her, hope next year would be able to .

Moving on, since it’s the new years, Dreambitious would like to wish you all a very Happy Chinese New Year and therefore, this explains their new video. I reckon this video is pretty good (Ok, I’m not just saying it because I’m inside ok..it really is awesome) . Do spare some time to watch the video below and click like or better still share it with your friends if you like it! Would mean a lot to the Dreambitious mates since they’ve put in a lot of effort in the video and equally in all of their other videos!

Again with the New Years, did a print ad for KFC about a month ago and the ad is finally out! KFC now has a new snack called the Chewy Cheese! Do check out the ad if you so happened to be eating at KFC although its just a small tiny weeny part !

Okay, basically all I had to do was act really silly and cheeky. The infamous "cross eye" that I always do to everyone in college gave me the part. See, being silly isn't that bad after all ok. It can be useful at times :D haha! At the beginning of the shoot before breaking the ice, it was really awkward to continuously do silly faces infront of the camera but after a bit it got better. Blessed by God for having such amazing people to work with and mum who just sat there with me throughout the whole shoot. I knew she was bored but she did not complain even a bit! Love her to bits!

This is one of the end product that I've seen so far. Okay, no joke, but the cheese is really that chewy!! This is a must try! Despite the fact I had to eat more than 50 chewy cheese and obviously did not really enjoy it after awhile but it is definitely one scrumptious chewy cheese and best eaten when hot! :)

The make up artist. She is fantastic, I swear. So friendly ! My most funny encounter with her was when she was helping me with my make up.

Her : *puts on concealer on my eyebags and couldnt cover nuts* Its okay..let me try another concealer!

*after 3 mins of putting all sorts of different concealer on my eyebags*

Her : ... ok... is ok.. ..

Obviously my eyebags was like hopeless . Lesson learnt to sleep earlier if I have work on the next day! No more next time :D But she rocks socks!

Spot the cute little monkey that has for sure lost it's way after travelling past the highway and to my housing area. Mom had a mini heartattack when she was hanging the clothes and saw the monkey above her on our rooftop. So funny!!

Hey guys, been caught up with work lately!

Oopsie, heres a picture of a backdated job i had ..caught using my phone!

Anyways, as promised I was supposed to update about my wonderful Ausmat's Awards Night (which I know took quite long to update) but do enjoy the pictures.. which are filled with my face in most pictures *thumbs up* . Get blind! B)

Starting of the post also my face already ! hahaha. I just had to take a picture of myself before the night officially starts!

My sister from another mother. Spent almost my everyday facing her and I'm some what glad to have met her. She's definitely peculiar in her own way and we NEVER clicked in our fashion sense before. Weird... but anyhow Sarah, you know I don't love you right? Don't be silly, I love anyone but you! *today is opposite day* !

Funny story, I still remember Jason had some allergy rash, and then it was the first time I saw him after his long break from his rash (He looked like he had thick amount of blusher on, no joke) and then he broke the news to us that he wore 2 different shoe. Like literally , left leg different shoe , right leg different shoe! Was so pissed at the people working in Parkson for selling him different shoes we had the time to rush to Parkson and scold the people there to get back his shoes and rush to prom. #likeaboss.

With Sher Mun, I gotta say , this guy really played a major role in my Ausmat life although we were from different intakes. (Me , January and Sher Mun in March intake ) , we still managed to keep a pretty close friendship. Speaking of which , when I met him in Form4, the first word I said when I met him was ,"Hi, my name is Su Fan and I'm 15 years old" (Obviously a lie) .. and he innocently bought it for about a year. This year, he got hired as my maid for countless times (From Ali, to Maria , to Muthusamy) , couldn't beat my highscore on his own iPhone and so much more good memories. Right Sherms? HAHA!

Anyways back to the topic, I'm glad I met this friend throughout my Ausmat year. If it wasn't for him I would be a complete sucker for Mathematics in College . So tough! and because of him I managed to score better than I thought in Math for my final exams. So thanks Muthusamy! I mean, Teacher Sher Mun! I owe you one!

Natasha Yap. Woah, trust me if you ever listen to her sing, you'll melt instantly! Her voice is awesome and I still have a recording of her singing 'Stand By Me' in my iPod. Listen to it everytime and it never gets old. I'm secretly her number 1 fan! and she's smart and pretty too! Why me no talented like her?! T__T

Ritsz baby! She was the first person I met in college. I will always cherish our sleepover and girl talks! :D Miss you like crazy!

Denise. Swear she's super gorgeous ! Haven't got to meet her lately but I'm glad we were able to get closer towards the end of the year thanks to Teacher Sher Mun's math class ! :) Though we are clearly heading to completely different directions, I will always remember her! Must go drinking again some time soon Denise! heheh

Charis, I still have the note you left on my Accounts book before WACE exam! <3 She loves dropping surprises . It makes my day!

Alvenna, I know we had a tad bit of misunderstanding in some part of our friendship but I'm glad we talked it out ! :) Hope to see you soon girl! and I still admire how your family and you live on organic food! I shall try that some day too!

Ms. Jane! My psychology teacher. I'm very sure I let her down like countless of times throughout Ausmat year considering Psychology was like my drop subject but Ms. Jane was always fun to hang out with. She has this weird expression that she makes when she gets frustrated and what I envy about her the most is that she seems like the kind of people that has ample of fun in her life but at the same time score amazing grades too. She is a perfectionist for sure! I will miss you Ms.Jane!

Hey guys,

So.... the last time I actually blogged was 6 months ago? haha, well I'm glad to say to my non-existence readers that I'm finally gonna blog again. Well it hit me that blogging has some what some benefits. Like for instance, a few weeks ago I decided "hey , why not visit my dead blog for a bit?" and then without me realizing, I was reading through ample of previous blog post that took up almost half my day. It was good to see how far I've come and also can be funny to stumble across many emotional blogpost which I think is absolutely hilarious now to read back. Maybe it's Gods way of telling me that even the toughest times are possible to get through. ;)

Anyways, lets have a little update about what had been going on in my life between the period of me not blogging until now. Well, since the beginning of this year , getting myself into this Pre-University course which was the Australian Matriculation(AUSMAT), I only had one aim. Which was to fight the 10 months long battle and finish up the WACE examination which was the final exams. It pretty much would determine half of our future. So.. during the period that I havent been blogging, I've been drowning myself with non other than..

Ok, jokes aside! I wasn't THAT hardworking like all my other course mates who literally studied day to night at the college library. Trust me, looking at how they study .. I get terrified of the amount of effort I've been putting in. But anyhow, I really thank my friends that has taught me (TEACHER SHER MUN ) in a hope I could do better in WACE :) and those who've burnt the midnight oil with me. I remember during my math test I did not sleep at all.. like seriously no sleep at all and then in the morning drove to McD's with just a cup of coffee and redbull to sustain me for my exam. Yeah speaking of which, coffee + redbull = please do not try unless you want to suffer tummy ache and diarrhea during exam. Thankyou !

Yes exam has been over about approximately 22 days from now. And since exam has been over I've had nothing to do at all. It's a great feeling not to have worry about what to study next or what I have not studied , but at the same time life can get pretty boring. It's heartwrenching at the same time to see all my friends and I are heading our separate ways soon enough. So I've been working whenever I can! Met lots of new friends and I'm happy! :D

Another highlight of my non-blogging life was the night after my last WACE Psychology paper. AUSMAT NIGHT. It was definitely a night to remember because it marks the last night all AUSmates gets to come together , snap snap pictures, receive awards and just simply enjoy each others company for the first time not talking about the upcoming exams. Not to forget seeing our lecturers dress up ! Awesome night.. !

Being awake at 2am in the morning and having to be unable to sleep can be a tad bit suffering sometimes. So I've decided to do something completely lifeless by reading quotes for a hope that I might get some inspiration and ironically I actually did. Reading quotes about life, a special someone actually popped out at the back of my mind.

To Wei Jean, if you ever still read this dead blog of mine, well i just wanted to say that sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. Without such obstacles we wouldn't have been who we were today and definitely YOU would not have been as strong as you actually are today :) I just want you to know that you and Ping really are very important to me and I treasure this friendship more than I could treasure anything. As you can see you have been my pillar when I was down, sharing not only the good times with me but standing by my side during the bad and hearing you tear through the phone, made feel so some what helpless that I couldn't just be anywhere near you cheering you up and actually made me tear. Well, this proves that even heroes has the right to bleed. Like they said 'nobody said that life was going to be easy, they just promised it was going to be worth living' :) I'm always here when you need me so don't you ever for a second hesitate to pick up the phone whenever you need someone to talk to alright?

Yes, despite the fact that our fashion sense are completely lost, we like to dress as cartoons and take goofy pictures, we are not bad at all righttt?? ha ha.

And no matter what happens in the future, I will never ever forget that I once had 2 completely insane girls just as insane as me.. to complete me :) They are my definition of friendship, someone that I actally can be myself. Someone that completes who I am and I would never replace them EVER.

Moving on, I have been working part time recently as I'm lucky job offers have been coming in. Despite the fact my holidays are actually coming to an end and I can now officially say I haven't exactly did everything that I wanted to do this holidays but I'm really contented that I've managed to work and get at least a little bit of income to support me financially for the next few months. (hopefully I don't spend it all just yet..) .

and and, I haven't been able to sincerely thank this 2 people in my life for always being there whenever I need them.

Firstly, the boyfriend for constantly staying put to fetch me around no matter how near or far places can get . Honestly, I haven't exactly driven to work or photoshoots without him fetching me there before. I got to start being more independent. But yes, still very thankful! :)

secondly, my best buddy in college for always being conned by the boyfriend to accompany us. Hahaha!! Ok la, he's not that stupid I reckon, he probably knew he was going to get con but this guy is good as a little kid. Got games, Got food and he's in :)

Lastly, I kind of miss this amoi that left to US for the whole entire 2 weeks of holidays. 2 weeks without her was definitely empty and less fun. Glad she's back with awesome jetlag as well. Hahaha!

Have you ever pondered to the fact why certain people carve certain paths in their lives?

I mean, in life there are so many choices to choose between but why limit yourself to only certain opportunities, certain reactions.. what happen to the road not taken? Would life have been easier and better if only we didn't chose to walk the road we walked today or would it have been the complete opposite and worst? Would all the shit that life has put you through still been a reality if you choosed the road less taken by?

I always wonder.

All I know is that we cannot have the best of both worlds and to please the people we love , sometimes isn't as easy as we thought it would be. At times, it only means that we have to sacrifice a part of the things we thought we would never had lost simply to make our loved ones happy. You just tend to wonder if all the choices you have made up to date are worth it. If all the heartache you've been through for losing something you once appreciated is worth it. It all leads to one main thing, and that is choices. You decide for yourself. Who would you choose to make happy?

Hey guys, I'm currently in college staring at blank space for about approximately 10 minutes now thinking of what to say .. I left lunch early feeling a little bit un-right and here I am all alone in the foyer about to update another wordy post for you all to succumb to my loneliness. Needless to say, I've always had a lot in my mind but unfortunately, nothing in words that I can express. This is so hard..

Okay, I feel weird.. blogging in college's foyer is pretty weird actually I get weird stares. Probably people are thinking like "omg, what a fool she blogs?" or "gees, let me see what juicy secret I can see" . I dont know..

Looking back at my previous post sometimes can be quite entertaining. It's always nice to see how things was back then, feel a certain way I used to have felt and wonder why was I even worked up about matters like those. Guess that just revolves around the whole package of blogging.

I'm actually kind of curious here, if you would help me out.. have you people by any chance ever pondered to the fact of giving up a friendship merely because that person decides to neglect and push you aside whenever she/he feels like it and instead gives more attention to people around you?? Or do you prefer sitting and waiting hopelessly for a dying friendship to ignite again? I'm confused.

Moving on, (I know my life a tad bit drama) BUT, what is wrong with girls these days that has this thing for two timing? Are you kidding me? I thought, no offence, but girls are always the ones hopelessly devoted to their partners but seems that as time change, people can change drastically too. I mean, it's not that hard to see that girls these days are getting more dominant and..evil. (Yes I'm aware I'm sort of insulting myself but at least I am not denial about the truth). My point is that, all the girls reading this, please remain loyal to your partners be it just a guyfriend, boyfriend or husband. Have them now or have nothing at all.

HEY GUYS!!

If you people are aware (if there are still any left ) , I like playing mission impossible. Sorry for constantly missing in action :) Well I'm actually here to update for my cousin because she insisted me on updating this dead page. Since she's always this bubbly girl , I shall fill this post with ample of different colours!

Anyways, how has life been treating you guys lately?? Good? :)

Well 2011 has been really productive for me. It isn't the middle of the year yet (ok la, you might think its june already, but its not july yet ok....) , but I think I've earned alot. I made it to college, met new friends...some really good friends, still have the same boyfriend, never drifted apart with any of my closest high school friends, got called to the principles office for my poor attendance and most importantly joined a modelling competition for the first time in my life and actually gained something out of it!

Am actually very satisfied with what I have earned this year as a matter a fact. Though I've been slacking pretty much in my studies, but I'll promise to be more determined to balance things up for now. Firstly, I have to give a million of thanks to my beloved mother for being such a supportive lady in my life by supporting almost everything I do, and even asking me to go for the modelling competition and giving me every courage to pass through the audition by sending me there and drive down to KL for me. Secondly, biggest thanks to my boyfriend for fetching me around when I need him to. Fetching me to work sometimes making him wake early in the morning on a Sunday. I am so thankful and lucky to have this people in my life !!

Will be back to update more ..I know this post is super dull , I'll be back with pictures! Pinky promise! SEE YOU!

Hello there, yes I am aware that I only update my blog when I get emotional, but honestly, there is no where more suitable to let out my feelings than this thing.

Can anybody please tell me whats really wrong with me? Why do I feel a certain way that I shouldn't be feeling, worry a certain way I shouldn't worry, care about people who'll never care for me, change for someone who constantly wants me to be better and better. Why do I feel so.. suffocated?

Sometimes ,when this life I live in constantly have people coming in to judge my footsteps, tell me I'm on the wrong track, demand what should I do, refrain me from doing certain things and think that I've changed merely because my curiosity level rises at times...I really miss my sister. ...

.. the ONE and ONLY person , who will never judge me no matter how matters might seem ugly or hopeless, I know she never fails to back me up. She stood firm to fight for me when my relatives doubted me. She cleared my name when people thought me wrong. Most importantly, she believed in whatever I was doing and guide me when I'm wrong. She never judged me. She trusted me. She loves me .

I honestly feel so lost and helpless without her.

Out of these 218 days was enough to make her realize that karma strikes back real hard. Hard enough it didn't just slapped her back in the face but rather left her pondering the fact what has she been doing wrong to deserve such treatments.

Where did she go wrong?

What have she done?

Why her?

This is for all the people out there. Girls. Boys. Who feel that they are so worn out of having to wait for an answer that they themselves know will never return. Feeling like their presence are always being taken granted of. Wanting to feel wanted but they feel more dejected. Feeling so empty though they know feeling that way should be absurd . And just longing to feel happy for once after a very long time, but they have no courage to.

I feel you.

do not be bound by your past, lost in your presence and afraid of the future. You are capable of much more and deserve much more happiness than you think you do. No one was set out to feel unhappy. After all these late night tears and sleepless nights, take a break in your life and stop hurting yourself. Set yourself free because you'll find something worth living for in life and maybe someone who will appreciate you the way you should be all along. Everybody deserves to be happy.

I honestly am in a midst of a dilemma myself about what I actually feel and until this point I am clueless. Have you ever felt like you don't know if whatever you're doing is right when the whole world convince you other wise? The question is, do you still stick to what you're doing or move on with other aims in life? Like they say, when one door is closed, many new opportunities open . Sometimes you just feel that you shouldn't even get mad or disappointed anymore. All you have to do is expect the least of the people you thought the highest of .

Hi there,

I'm sorry for slacking so terribly I was caught up with plenty of assignments and exams going on now with college. Ahh, how I'd wish to turn back time when I still had a choice to pick between an easier course. *sulks* . Anyways, back on track to my (SUPER BELATED AND HAVENT COMPLETE) China trip. So after Hong Kong we headed back to ShenZhen for a night and after that to GuongZhao for our tour! :) It wasnt a very good news for me to live with for thecoming week because we were under a tour and that meant we had to wake up super early and couldnt sleep in free and easy :'(

On the bus to GuongZhao (Our family had the whole bus to ourselves, you see, we have a gigantic family and we decided we couldnt control too much of a crowd so we hired a tourguide to bring us around) . I slept for a few minutes and look what happened to my shoelaces. ..

First time in my life eating such sugarcanes. A-W-E-S-O-M-E but teeth was ultimately painful afterthat.

Tooked us forever to get there but after we reached, Our first stop was a temple. (which was where my ancestors came from! wah abit family history :P )

So we had to climb flights and flights of stairs just to reach to a secret chamber.

we went to see this really eye catching tree that looked almost like a dragon!

Flowers were already blooming after the winter. Gorgeous isnt it?

Okay the highlight of my first day in GuongZhao was this place the tourguide brought us to, which had a spectacular view of a crystal clear falling waterfall, and 9999 of steps just to get to god-knows-where.

I know I very lazy okay, so I decided to ditch the flight of stairs. Seriously, the last thing I wanted to do was to climb another step. I decided to take the "scenery view" walk instead which was AS GOOD okay!

seee.. I didn;t miss out that much =B After spending hours taking in fresh air and washing my eyes with so many pretty sceneries, we headed for a good meal and K.O-ed at the hotel because we had to wake like super early the following day.

This day was the best of all 5 days I spent in GuongZhao, I reckon.

We treated ourselves with a relaxing spa and hotspring :)

I would die to live here. Waking up every morning to not just the cooling weather, but taking in fresh air everyday and having such an amazing view ! RELAXING!

Unfortunately, camera was very much forbidden when we once stepped in to the hotspring area. They had many different varieties of hotspring pools for us to relax in, I dipped myself in milk, coffee, rose, ginseng, wine so much and it actually disgusted me a tad bit knowing I was so rojak :/ Oh oh, it was my first ever time trying a fish spa and I took merely 1 hour just to get both my feet in the water without laughing or screaming away. SUPER TICKLY NO JOKE!

Rated 10/10 ! Do visit this place when you get to GuongZhao!

After some good hotspring it's time for us to head for some talk (con man ) to buy some health products or so.

Can someone please tell me why is he so vain?!

Wasted almost 1 hour of our time listening to this man crap his way about health and his efforts of trying to brainwash all my family that they are unhealthy and should buy this product and that. All we had in mind wasn't the health issues but what were we gonna eat since we were starving and couldnt wait to shop for souvenirs!

That concludes my Day 2 in Guong Zhao !

Its very exciting that every night we will be staying in a different hotel and every night I'd have the same fear of "dirty stuffs" . hahaha and not to forget.. every night, he'd never fail to come in my room to mess up my perfectly packed bed before I can even do anything!!! Walked around the streets to have a look at HongKong's shop as it was of walking distance from our hotel. Went back to hotel for a quick shower and it was time for dinner with my Kiu Gong (granduncle and he lives in Hong Kong) . Took a subway to meet my Kiu Gong at the Prince Edward Station.

I gotta admit, it was pretty fun taking a subway ! Bu definitely not fun being pushed around :( HongKong people are really nasty and pushy!

After dinner, went over to Kiu Gong's (Granduncle) place for a short while and it was definitely fascinating seeing Hong Kong's houses . Wanted to compare and see if its really like all that, that I've seen on Hong Kong movies. hahah *jakun abit*

LOL. After having almost 2 hours of my life taken away from me just by camwhoring in the wax musuem, we got tickets to the Sky Terrace to have a spectacular view of Hong Kong!

The weather started to get even more colder at night and it wasn't a good sign, was shivering like a mad person!

The night lights in Hong Kong are really amazing! They lit up the whole sky with different colours and it can be very beautiful to watch at times . I can just stare at the sky and get lost with it . That is how amazing it is. What more deciding to go and see some "light show" they called it. The only light show I remembered watching was in my school's International Understanding day.. But here, it was really.. *speechless*

Didn;t stay for the whole Light Show because I fell sick. Yup ,sucks to be me :(

Went back to the hotel and knocked out immediately . Woke up earlier the next day feeling much better and went for a typical HongKong breakfast (which meant, porridges with "yao char kuai" ) Me and mom took the subway while brother and dad was still fast asleep to do some shopping!

At the China- Hong Kong border. Going back to ShenZhen (and the same hotel) to put a night (AND MEET MY AUSSIE COUSINS! *excited* ) before we head to Guong Zhao! yippess. But unfortunately, it was time for Ting Mun to go to the airport to take a flight back to Malaysia :'(

China Part 1

Hello there :P missing in action for god knows how long and here I am about to update about my first-torturous-then-awesome China trip ;) So I left Malaysia on the 2nd of February at merely 5am in the morning sulking with the fact that I wont be able to celebrate Chinese New Years with my friends... Insane or what?

About to leave.

Our stop was Shenzhen and even so I didnt had a great journey due to the bad migrane I was suffering throughout the whole journey there. Couldn't even sleep. Sad.

Finally reached and about to head to our hotel. Weather was pretty chilly (had to pretend it wasnt very cold because i kept acting smart telling my mom "aiyah china not cold lah. 20 deg is like hotter than my aircon room " ... I WAS WRONG! )

GDH Hotel. It was really nice and high tech! the switches were all touchscreen! omg..couldnt we have it touch-switches in Malaysia? -.-

My first 2 days was spent in ShenZhen and it was pretty dull as we didnt had much to do than eat..I didn't even get to take my good nap when we arrived and we had to leave for dinner with my China relatives already . TIRING..

for a fact I have to admit the flowers were really eye catching!

After lunch, headed to my relative's new house (it is 1 year old but no one stays there ). The place was like a double-storey kind of houses but in high rised building. Really beautiful completed with a great security, nice gardens, COLD WEATHER, and a club house facility. I would dream to stay there!

Nope they do not have house keys, they have a fingerprint detector! Cool or what?!

What was most insane was... my aunty designed the whole house by herself! She did everything from picking the venue, designing the house, picking her materials for walls, bedsheet, pillowcase, bedazzling her pillow case and literally everything.. and the amazing thing was she had no designing background and only did it because she had an interest in designing. I salute her! The house is so princessy! i love it!

I swear she is awesome. She asked me to go over to China at the end of this year so she could get me a skating couch to experience skating in China's rink ! yays! :P

After visiting my relative's new house, we went to their current place.

Since then she went back to China to learn skating and she's really good now ( i even stalked all her pictures at competitions at their home comp) ! proud :')

It was huge !! like 3times of the skating rink we see in Pyramid. Too bad we couldnt skate as it was close :( would've made my trip a memorable one if I could skate though.

We went to where they celebrated the opening of the olympic or whatnot. I have no idea...

Worn out and exhausted I still had time to webcam with the boyfriend and the most embarrassing part was when he said he had to be away for prayers for abit then I was thinking to myself "okay lah, lie down for awhile on the bed lah" (fyi my laptop was directly facing my bed) .. and the next thing I knew, I WOKE UP AT 5AM to see that he hasn't stop the vid call yet.. i still wonder whether did I snore..... LOL..

Next morning, the typical first day of cny session... I still can never master the art of this. I always have nothing to say other than "Gong Hei Fatt Choi" ..

Relatives came over to the hotel to pick us up for a vegetarian breakfast.

After walking for a bit I realized something was wrong with my shoes...

Aunty was awesome she brought me to a shopping mall to get a new pair of shoes but stuff there were extremely pricey so I decided to just get a cobbler instead.

It was so agonizing because my sole was out while everybody were still procrastinating about where they wanted to go. So dad and mom being sensitive to my leg (thank you god) , decided to stay off from the crowd and we went for our own hunting for cobblers and I gotta say, WRONG MOVE! we had this huge language barrier with communicating with the people there I didn't even know how to say "cobbler" in mandarin.. So i had to constantly lift up my feet and point to my spoiled shoes. Embarrassing much! The more I am determined to learn mandarin now, It's not a want, its a need!!

And we called it a day, feet was already burning the moment I step in to the hotel. But nothing felt better than to see the one you love :) really brings up the energy.

I guess I've been missing out for way too long! Wait.. not that long actually if I come to think of it, it's been approximately 19 days from my previous post. Okay, reasons, I've been spending my whole chinese new years in my homeland,China. Went to 3 places throughout the trip which are ShenZhen, Guong Zhao and Hong Kong ! Went even to the place my ancestors were raised ! It was a pretty enjoyable trip as for a banana like me, definitely language was a huge barrier and sometimes I get embarrassed because how can... how can I not know my own language! Thank goodness I managed to work things out and hey, I'm not that banana anymore okay..

Met up with the Aussie cousins and yes , it was like the blind leading the blind. Non of us could communicate in Chinese. After the trip , I finally have a new years resolution , and that is to be more determined and learn Mandarin! :) It was definitely an enjoyable trips of non stop laughter, lots of singings, catch up sessions with the cousins though at times I would be pretty upset missing the boyfriend. But all's well ! Will update as soon as possible on the trip! So do come back more often!! :)

As for now, tune in to How Did We- Jason Derulo. It's a pretty good song and really relates to people who are feeling emotional tonight. Goodnight world!

I can still remember distinctly that my sister told me the phase where people go to college and leave their high school life behind, that would be the time that ones lose contact with acquaintance, drift very far a part from friends, know new different kind of people.. but the true ones will forever remain carved deep down the heart and the best part is that, they never once left in the first place that's what made them so significant.

Going to college everyday just reminds me more of how much I'm getting older and that every move that I make shouldn't be taken for granted because for the fact that my dad is paying a whole lot of money just for the sake of my education is already very pressuring. And what more if I can't do well in my finals , I guess that would be a great disgrace to my parents. In a way it already made me a bit more responsible than I am because mom no longer make it a point to come to my room, switch off the air con and yell at me to wake up. Therefore, if I don't wake up , only I am the one to bare the consequences.

Don't get me wrong , I would say that I am enjoying being 18 and in college for now before all the assignments actually pile up of course. I have come to understand the true value of punctuality and I am still learning because I still do procrastinate and go in late for class. I haven't learn to abuse the freedom I have yet, and I don't intend to. I thank God for blessing me with great friends to walk through this 1 year with me. They are ultimately friendly and fun to be with. Also am I thankful to be having good lecturers ( I wouldn't really know if they were good, but they are sure warm ) and the only thing that is lacking in my life is I WISH THERE WAS MORE PARKING! hahaha. I kid you :)

Okay this is so irrelevant, but hey, it's counted in my thoughts too okay..

I don't know, but he looks really innocent to me here (don't be deceived)....
I just miss this boy a lot. If you ever see him around anywhere just hit him real hard, then if he asked why, you can tell him its a sign to say Vanes misses him. LOL! hah, I'm kidding lah, don't touch him.

Tadaa, Caught in action . He was in the midst of being mean to me. Just look at the joy on his face. I don't get to see him very often nowadays and it's a really sad thing. But I thank for the existence of web cam . hahah!

It's really hard to find a person whom you can feel so comfortable around. Completely let lose and not afraid to be yourself. And for the first in a long time, he just comes along and take me by surprise , breaking down the wall of insecurities and replacing them with thick concretes of trust. No secrets, no lies. Just so contented living in my comfort zone feeling absolutely fearless and safe. I wouldn't say there are no bumpy roads, and for a fact, my temper can be really hard to tolerate at times. But here we are today, I'm so contented I found you. I'll always have your back and you'll have mine :)

Everybody has their own personal perspective of how they define Friendship. Some may think that friends are pretty much nothing and they are better of on their own, some depend on friends like parasites..

Friendship has always played a very vital role in my living life and by having friends I don't mean the quantity but the quality. Good friends can't be found overnight and in fact, I took pretty much 16 years of my life just to finally find myself what I would call my true friends.

You can have us laughing like a hienna, dance like a fool , scream if we wanted to, joke around so lame people could die..all we need is each other. 3 people. Then we're complete.

I would get to meet more new people in time to come, make more friends. But what I will never forget is the 2 that saw me through and stayed with me through thick and thin. The word friendship was redefined, because they are awesome like that.

Hey there, screw trying to get all emotional. Life has been pretty uninteresting lately. Nothing much has been revolving around me besides the fact that I've started college though knowing I haven't had my fair share of post-SPM fun yet ): Am now currently taking Australian Matriculation at Sunway College. I thank God for I've met really awesome people in my 1 week of orientation and class and have come to appreciate them despite the short period of time knowing them. I still remember how embarrassing it was to know someone for barely 48 hours and I suffered from a really bad period cramp after college thus showing them all my ugly moments. Speaking of which I really had to thank the boyfriend for using up his lunch break to send me home. It's been pretty awesome though :) Oh, adding that the boyfriend also took up a job at g2000 approximately 5 days ago. He has been super busy too with his hectic and tiring work life. And as for today, he finally quit the mistreating and time consuming job! Pheww . Explains alot why I had a wide smile plastered to my face for the whole day. ( Ok la, I know I'm very selfish D': )

Now, I have ample of stuffs running round and round my mind and am ready to blurt out one by one. But I'm just too indecisive on which to say... Or maybe I just can't . Wait.. am I getting emotional again?? Goodnight! urgh.

What I was trying to say indirectly was, it takes more than your two own eyes to see the true colours of someone. Sometimes we might dislike the people (be it your mom, dad, friends or acquaintance ) who tries to convince us the truth so we wouldn't fall into a trap so impossible to come out of, but all we answer in return is by being denial that this person, he/she is really not what you think he/she is... I've learn that beneath all this delusional doubts, lies the ugly truth that we were all too afraid to accept. But sometimes, it's best knowing the truth than being cheated. Like they say, the biggest criminal is to be the thief of feelings.

You, yes you. You can go around cheating the whole world's feelings. Hurting people one by one with your non existence charm. In a way , you're just an eye opener to everybody passing your life, that they will never want to be like you or be with you. You are the biggest liar. A jerk. Someone that will always be too egoistic to admit faults. Now that a clearer image is form , you were never the light of my life, more like the darkness that was ready to ruin it. I had the best new years eve celebration anybody could offer. Spent my evening in boyfriends home having a hard time waking him up knowing I'm dating a complete pig. Grocery shopping with him too for a good steamboat dinner with friends. Good time laughing my lungs out passing time with playing heartattack and murderer. and a total bliss at the rooftop watching fireworks after fireworks from all kind of places. What more can I possibly ask for? :)

You're the meanest person I've ever met, some big critic sometimes I cry listening to you criticize me, egoistic, ever so sarcastic I can kill you. This sounds cliche .. but you're the most honest, caring , somewhat can be sincere with those insults and you sure do have a way with your words to turn my emotions from anger to being hopelessly devoted to you again. I love you being an ass and you mean the world to me. If not forever, but right now at least (: You made my year much much better than it was supposed to be.

My ever so loving babes. I knew Ping since I was form1 and was close ever since. Though we had some conflicts in between but what matters most is that, we've gone through the hurdles in our friendship and now we're stronger than ever can be. I truly look up to how she handles all her stuffs in a go and she has also been my tutor in History. And there goes Wei Jean, she's been the guide of my 2010. I often go to her when I seek for advice because she would never hesitate to tell me if I'm wrong and she always made sure I was on the right path. Both of them meant the world in my 2010 because they were there when I needed a shoulder to cry on, someone to talk to, my partners in crime and I've come to learn the true meaning of friendship. That there will be misunderstandings and disagreements but what matters most is how we handle it!

She will always be my half-sister. Though we've been a little set apart this year but I believe through this many years we would not lose this special bond ;)

I've always seek my blog when I encounter emotional problems but this time I really have no clue at all what I'm feeling. Maybe in time to come when I read on only will I realize what I've been feeling tonight.

This is to all of them that read quotes like "You are stronger than that" . But they keep failing..and falling apart they just don't relate to the quote anymore and all they have at the back of their mind is.. you know what? I've tried. But you just gotta accept..I'm really not that strong as you think I am.

This is to those that had enough of being compared by family members, friends, loved ones and wished that their unique differences and capability could be given a chance to be evaluated individually instead of constantly being compared and for once in their life..get accepted.

And needless to say this is too , for the people out there that constantly feel that they've given up in love but haven't. Somehow always having that special someone to come around boosting them up..giving them the every power to break their heart but believing that they wouldn't..but in the end , it's just the same. They come and they go.

Oh goodness I can never be more frustrated and tensed up that I have today compared to the rest of 2010.In fact, the first day of SPM didnt even give me much butterflies/tears/stress/anger / whatsoeverrr and now that I'm home and instead of being emotional and all I decided to rant. I mean where else can I go ranting like some ah-maa than my very own darling blog right??

Anyways yes, I couldn't do my Accounts paper today like BIG TIME. No joke . I'm no people who says "ahh i cannot do la...i got only 1 wronggg ;'( " . I literally meant by like around 30++ marks flying away. Like c'mon, this is hell ridiculous, none of the spot questions this year is reliable. Can die lah trusting spot questions. I thought I was prepared so I slept early last night and now I'm just plain disappointed in myself!!! WHY DID I SLEEP?!!!! D': no you can never know how disappointed am I to myself when I had been aiming for at least an A- in my Accounts not because I'm kiasu or whatever but because this is like my only can score A. Now that its mark outta the list. Woah.. I might as well just go jump off my roof right now. No kidding. And no you wont understand because you dont have a parent constantly telling you how you gotta do better than your sister who ironically scored quite well though she can procrastinate a hell lot. Okay this is totally irrelevant considering that I have English paper tomorrow, but heck.. I'm still considered as practicing my English here right? Literally. Oh well. Anyways, I recently took out my braces and he hasn't quit insulting me yet. With braces also insult without braces also insult D: OH NOO. No that's not my point, my point exactly is that when I looked back, 2 years flashed by so fast. I hadn't even got a time to sit down and asked myself "Vanes, what have you achieved this 2 years? " . I know that sounded a tad bit ridiculous but you can't help the fact it's true. I reminisce on all the months that have passed, how time changed everything, feelings changed, how things do not change but it's the people that do... and I've come to realize, despite this on going change in my life physically and emotionally... I've came to my senses that I actually grew a lot mentally. ( Physically abit stunted la )

I understand now that people who seemed so wise once can be the biggest immature you've ever known. I see people being judgemental all the time talking about each other behind their backs not knowing that they themselves have flaws to talk about too. I know of people that say they hate people who are two-faced, but they themselves are the biggest contradict alive. I've learnt that, to survive in such a harsh world like that you gotta make sure you wear an armor beforehand to protect yourself completely from being broken down. It's not being selfish, it's just being protective of your own feelings. Today is not a joke ,it's to mold ourselves to be tougher in order to face the ugly truth.

I realized that I do not have to sail through all 7 seas to learn something meaningful. Throughout these years was enough to make me realize I've truly came to understand what people meant now when they say we unintentionally hurt the people that love us most. And regardless of what kinda love, it works vise versa, the people we care for most, hurt us in the end. And there'll be times when the person that puts you at the top of their list somehow becomes the one that is most insignificant in your life but the biggest jerk that ruins your day becomes more than everything you ever wanted. You can't say you don't agree on that can you ? :D Because life is weird like that. Or at least just mine.

Okay I shall kid you no further, while all of you non-SPM-candidates are having the time of your life going to parties, shopping's ,splurging and pretty much just having the time of your lives.....

I've been stuck staring at my four walls just trying to knock some sense into my tiny brain that SPM is only about less than a week. The long await has finally came. As they say , time waits for no man. Now I feel the slight pinch of pressure weigh upon my shoulders as I'm trying to catch up on my studies but can't help to slack every now and then. I tried, I really did. It's not my fault that procrastinating has been a part of my 11 years of studying life :( Cut the crap, I'm just trying to make you guys succumb to my pain right now because I have nothing better to do at 1.37am in the morning 8)

We dined at one of the Italian restaurant in Sunway Giza.

Mushroom soup. Creamy and full of taste! Not a fan of mushroom soups, but this one was good!

The sister's lamb-whatever. LOL.

& my cabonara. The first bite I took I was like, oh god..so delicious..so creamyyy... i can taste cheese...so ..WOAHH.. but then after a few bites, I couldn't take it anymore. Too creamy to my liking but seriously Delicious!

Didn't snap other shots of food because didn't think you'd be interested and also we got too hungry we just gobbled everything up before I can even remember of the existence of my camera and blog . LOL! Had a great scrumptious dinner though, was bloated by the end of the day we had a family bonding session in one of the drinking bars. & that was it for celebrating our birthday together. Simple but meaningful. Thank you mom and dad for filling our tummy :)

I had to sit on all the balloons infront of people only can I get my birthday present which I first thought was sanitary pad. Oh thank you babeeeessss :)

Tak Suci. Wednesday night 8-10pm. Best class ever to go to!

So we had a task where we had to group up in our specific movie title given to us and I got Scarlet Johansson from IronMan2 . First I was like. who in the world is that ?! Thank God I was texting Xian at that moment and got him to google for me! :D So all the "Scarlet Johansson's " from Ironman2 (6 of us ) grouped up and we had to make a short play for them teachers to evaluate whether can we make it to the finals...

....and we got the Golden Ticket! We made itttt :D

All 6 of us,and yes we only had a guy in the team. And miraculously he could pull off the Cinderella act pretty well!

The next task for all the finalist was to come up with a movie parody. So we got to practice all afternoon feeling exhausted, thank God we managed to come up with a whole really random parody about Titanic and Ipman ! It was hilarious among us having to come up on stage letting lose and acting stupid while I was supposed to do some kungfu moves with a dress. It was hard for me to even hold back my laughters.

and all our hardwork and acting like crazy fools really paid off. The Scarlet Johansson's manage to take the 2nd place :D And ironically the 1st place was won by another group of Ironman2 also! SO happy!! :D

Since I'm currently rotting at home on a miserable Saturday morning, I shall update this dead thing awhile lah..

So that day my dad brought us out for dinner, and we were really indecisive contemplating for banana leaf or pizza. ( I know right? My family a little bit the indecisive one) . And my brother's always the boss of the day so he picked Domino's , and guess what??? Before we could even eat, we were treated with an unfriendly smile by the workers, what arrogant people...

Then when we sat... we had to eat with.....

But then again, it was Merdeka Eve! C'mon , how often do you get to come home after 12am without any valid reason at all or having your mom to spam call you when the clock strikes 1am (my mom does that at least)

So , here goes my Merdeka Eve *takes a deep breathe* Xian called me up for a drink with his friend and considering that I had no plans at all that night I went for it. But we were unfortunate cause we got into a small accident and thus forcing us to detour home. Then his mom fetched us to my place to take my myvi out instead. Drove to the park to find Adrian for awhile .. a lil surprise .. and then headed back to Pyramid for 12AM SHOPPING WITH XIAN. I know right?? Got freaking bored so he drove to SS15 for a drink at AC , met up with the babes , hrishi and lawrence. .. and then headed home *phewwww*

So uncle had his 60th birthday celebration celebrated all the way in Ipoh and I couldn't skip it no matter how much I despise the fact that I had to sit in the car rotting away for 2 long hours in a dress knowing that I had exams on the following Monday.... but I made it, with the help of Economics reference book on my lap, but me just holding it and snoring away. AHAHAH!

Again, like any other dinners, we were LATE... Punctuality is really a huge question mark in my family . Hmm...

It's just that our plan from a one day trip by the beach in PD failed on us, then Malacca failed on us too... so we just decided to have a nice meal in Klang instead! I know right? Damn potong. Hahaha, but oh wells, had lotsa fun anyhow with the babes and Jones! ;)

Anyways I'm here to update about cheer 2010 as said in the title ;) It was my first time being in a cheer competition looking at cheerleaders from different schools strut their stuffs and definitely was a great first and last experience! Especially the fact I got to spend it with my 2 babies, Jean and Ping!! We're cheer comp virgin's no more *inside joke*!! Love them much!

Hey, computer is too laggy now it wont allow me to continue uploading photos of the provess of making the ghost house a success, will re-edit this post. Anyhow, reached to school a tad bit early the next day (at least that's what I thought) , but to my surprise, everybody was already there doing makeups for the ghost and last minute preparations! So I fret no longer, dump all my stuffs aside and said "Mardheanna, you can scribble my face all you want now "

*5 minutes past (while Mardheanna was painting my face) *

Vanes : NOOOOOO..I DONT WANNA LOOK SO HORRENDOUSSSSS
Mardheanna : You... are ... a ... GHOST for goodness sake!!
Vanes : fine.

So I was supposed to be a doll and Ping, the.... scary girl! and yes that dress is a dress that I had since like.. form2 and never dared to wear out. (Incase you didnt know, Jean gave me the "Ugliest dress award", so do the math on how hideous it actually looks to wear it out) But anyhow, coincidence enough the doll was colour coordinated with my dress. haha

As said " I'm holding a freaking facial wash, how scary can I be ?!"

I'm honestly a little freaked out by myself actually. hahaha....

After our shift was over, it was around 12.30 plus plus, ran to the toilet, removed all the paint and it was time for us to enjoy :D

To my surprise, long lost friend, Hakim actually turned up for our schools carnival. Be-friended him when I was form1 ..then came form2 where he used to teased me like nobody's business! And then form3 he shifted out to another school! :) Ironic isn't it that he still remembers me and the way I used to do "liquid" in class while sticking my tongue out =.= ... memories..

& Qayyum!! Classmates since we were merely form1 till form3 eih .. Remembered how I used to hate him and yes, one of the days I was flipping through my diary when I saw "I HATE QAYYUM SO MUCH! he made science teacher change my place" (written when I was form1 ) =p anyways, its been fun through the years yum! :)

Did nothing much during carnival and that concludes my last year participating in a carnival ;D

Overall, its been really fun, for the first time ever did I freak myself out by being a ghost, and trust me, never knew scaring people could be so hard ! Bruises on my legs until today are all worth it ;) Didn't get to see a certain someone though but all is well :D

Hey there, Yes, according to my previous post..it might've seem that I've gone through a really rough road but all's well for now ;)

Anyhow, I thank my friends for being there for me at all times without even them realizing it. Webcam with classmate, the other night and was feeling super esctatic! He was ridiculously funny I laughed so hard until he thought I was crazy , and I can't bare not to show you guys what accompanied me all night..............................................

... HAHA! That was his image all night long. By the way, he's Qing Xian. You tell me hilarious anot??! (Even his camera don't like him )

Was there a lil too early I guess, managed to bump into afew old friends, just so you guys didn't know, I was from SKSS (which was the school next door) and haven't been back there since like forever. It's so amazing to see how all my primary friends grew up :') And I definitely loved all the warm hugs :'D LOL!

Was pretty early and didn't had our coupon with us since it was with Ling Hui and then we decided to have a walk around usj4. So-called morning walk to make us feel healthier!

After being in that carnival for less than 4 hours, we decided to follow Hrishii to Meeples to play some board games since it was so suffering to stand under the scorching sun.

Played the Vampire game this time

& I chose to be the zombies instead of the heroes because my motive was to take revenge to Jean and Ping for robbing me like mad the previous time . hahaha

& yes, I did won at last! Take that babes!!!!!

After that played some imaginary games. Pretty fun too

It's gonna be a pretty hectic week with studies now. Won't be updating as often anymore considering that my results were really deteriorating, parents suggested me to cut down on my Internet usage (I know rightttt :'( ) But yeah, it's all gonna be worth it soon enough ! Till my next update :D

Somehow, we can't seem to figure out what people have in mind and what others would say. It's so agonizing you just ponder to the thought of reading their mind. And then you remind yourself again, to keep your head up high no matter what and not care about all the distractions, but I guess its just not so easily done, is it? Because you're so afraid how one small thing has totally shaken your confidence , making the insecurities in you flame like none other.

As though going for a war without any proper weapons, when such tough time hits you without your consent, you feel nothing but helplessly defeated. How you yearn that some sense would be knocked into their corrupted minds so that they'd realize that all this while they've been contradicting what they said, "Nobody is Perfect". Also to those that merely only keep their ears open but eyes shut,what happened to "Seeing is Believing"? Or maybe for a second take a time to play a fair game by listening to both sides stories before blindly judging knowing that they are no better.

What more having to support this person since forever, only to know that that certain person is not the one that would back you up in return, instead adding more salt into your wound. Someone you'd care and love for so deeply only to find out that you are not loved in return. To tell that person your affection or hatred towards a person, and realizing that the person is being so insensitive by not giving a damn. By pointing out that persons faults because there were room for improvements, but got misunderstood that it was criticism. Offering a shoulder to lie on, but instead got pampered with ignorance. Somehow that person is so vulnerable by the corruption in peoples mouth, and yet still wants to live in denial, and most importantly, by telling all your heartfelt feelings, only to know in return you knew nothing and even did mistakes without even knowing it ... When you thought that you were doing a great job by being supportive, and that person just turns down on you by one mistake, that could only possibly bring one emotion, pain.

Its never too late to start over is it? :)

Board Games anyone?

First time ever in my 16 years 7 months and 4 days of living was I ever so addicted to playing a board game. Like seriously..usually when I started playing monopoly with my lil brother or cousins , I'd come up with the excuse of "wanna go toilet" and never returned back after merely 1 hour of playing the game. But then Hrishii decided to bring us to this Board Game place at SS15 , Meeples where they have games imported from Europe if I've not mistaken. The games were pretty interesting and unique actually.

Anyhow, went to tuition first and he picked us up from Kasturi.

Reached Meeples.

The game was fun, except the fact that my friends kept ROBBING my cards because I had good cards, and thus causing me to lose D: Dang la, why must there be a robber in the game. Ish =.=

Reached home 1 minute before my curfew and started chatting with classmate , Qing Xian.

I find this really funny, here's a point that we started webcaming , only to find that his cam was spoiled. LOL!

Skating

Last Tuesday decided to go skating since it's been awhile since I last stepped into the rink and my coach would most probably skin me alive knowing this. Yeah anyhow, I stopped skating 2 month ago because of the commitment that I can't give to this sport due to the hectic year, though I already got my programme for the upcoming competition but my mom still discouraged the thought of me joining though. So oh well, Congrats to those who won in their respective levels anyways!! :D

Jean and Ping did the honor to accompany me for the whole day to skate ( I know, so sweet right ;') ) until their legs were aching. I'm seriously so so touched girls . Thanks for accompanying me *millions of flying kisses to usj6 and subang heights*
